Flippy Day Synopsis
What's a 'Flippy?' It's only the greatest roller skating trick ever performed! Or so thinks an oddball group of roller skaters who have gathered at their local rink to celebrate the legendary creator of the trick, Horatio Baldwin. Led by Holly Baldwin, a self-proclaimed 'activist' and the great, great granddaughter of the Patron Saint himself, Flippy Day embarks on a character by character explanation of what the holiday means to them in their search for community and camaraderie. As their myriad viewpoints begin to vary to the point of absurdity, a bigger picture begins to form for the viewer that none of the celebrants really has a clear definition of exactly what a 'flippy' is!
